down here is where I’ll be posting author commentaries regarding the page in question, as well as things like the page’s publication date and any comic news I consider noteworthy!
if an update will be going up early or late, if new merch has just dropped, if I’m going to be posting something extra-juicy on Patreon (compared to my typical Patreon posts, which are only regular-juicy :P), et cetera et cetera, you’ll hear about it here. any spoilers that appear in these commentaries will be, well, spoilered, so if that’s something you want to avoid, you can read on without fear!
pages one through thirteen of Applesauce with Sprinkles serve as a sort of cold-open-y prologue, during which a very stressed younger me was trying to figure out how the heck webcomic-ing works while also juggling multiple Grownup Day Jobs, as well as realizing I hadn’t yet really figured out what the plot of the story was gonna be? and as such, the commentaries on those pages were mostly me going “AAAAAA” 😛 I’ve opted to take those commentaries off the main website (they’re now archived onto the comic’s Patreon for anyone who’s interested in that era of Applesauce with Sprinkles history!), and begin my commentary-ing on page fourteen, which is also where the main plot stuff starts ^u^
