welcome to the college of this story’s college town setting! when I was very first brainstorming story ideas, I kept being worried that I’d dive too deep into serious drama and worldbuilding details and psyche myself out of actually writing anything, so I was looking for ways to remind myself to take things seriously but not *too* seriously. a conversation with my sibling yielded the idea of “Bonkers University,” and while I’ve since gotten more comfortable handling more serious tones and topics, I am very chuffed that this touchstone of silliness has made it to the final draft :3
